† UK Residents 18+ only who use 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye® with a valid optical prescription from the last 2 years. To claim £15 cashback, upgrade and purchase a 3-month supply (i.e. 90 pairs) of ACUVUE® OASYS 1-Day with HydraLuxe™ Technology in a single transaction or upgrade to ACUVUE® OASYS 1-Day on a contact lens rewards scheme which requires an initial purchase of a 3-month supply, from any participating store in the UK during the promotional period.  Purchase must be made by midnight on 30/06/2022 and claims must be received by midnight on 14/07/2022. Only one claim per person. Contact lens consultation required, fee may apply and is not reimbursed. Original till receipt required if not purchased via Direct Debit.

To claim, following a valid one off purchase or a switch to ACUVUE® OASYS 1-Day on your direct debit scheme, you must fill in the cash back form application on www.acuvue.co.uk/trueyemigration and upload a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase stamped by your optician.
